Ordering
is simple. Since we have a SECURE SERVER, all you have to do is
put any items you want to purchase in the Shopping Cart, and follow
the instructions thereafter.
For
most cases the shopping cart postage will be correct. However,
there are A FEW EXCEPTIONS, which are detailed
below. These exceptions are for special items and for certain
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Since May 2007, the US Post Office has completely
changed the way it ships overseas. They NO LONGER offer Surface
Mail service, and all their services are very expensive Express,
Priority or First Class which can vary from country to country.
For an accurate shipping cost figure, please don't hesitate to
contact us.
Domestic
Orders are easier to calculate and in 95% of all cases, the shipping
costs quoted by our cart is accurate.
We
always try to be very fair with shipping costs.
Don't
worry, your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED until someone physically
processes your order. So even if you get the wrong
shipping charges with the shopping cart, things will be processed
and charged correctly. The shopping cart only provides a SECURE
method for you to leave your information.

1. Your name
2. Shipping address
3. Daytime telephone number
4. Form of payment - It is safe to leave your credit card number
in our machine, as it is only two of us who process the orders

Costs
Unless
otherwise stated, our postage rates are as follows:
Domestic:
$10.00 and under.......$3.00
$10.01 - $25.00.......$4.00
$25.01 - $50.00.......$5.00
$50.01 - $75.00.......$6.00
$75.01 - $100.00.......$7.00
$100.00 and up.......$10.00
All
domestic orders above $100 are insured.
International:
Please add 20% of item cost for postage. Please
note: Some items (like mugs and books) might be very heavy,
and this percentage does not apply. It is best
for you to e-mail us in order to obtain a precise quote. The
Shopping Cart quote might not be accurate.
Insurance is available upon request ONLY.
We normally DO NOT insure international packages. Contact us
for rates. If we were to insure international packages, we have
to declare the full amount of the items inside. Please be aware
of this, as we we are not responsible for loss or damage of
uninsured packages.
Special
items:
The following items are exceptions to the above rules:
1. Nielsen Vanishing Dove Cage
Shipping cost (UPS): $65.00 (Includes full insurance)
2. Vintage / Original Posters
We insure all the posters we ship. Most one-sheet posters under
$1000.00 will cost approximately $10 - $15 to ship (UPS with
full insurance). However, any oversized poster or those above
$1000.00 might require special handling and additional insurance.
Please contact us for details.
3. Okito-Nielsen Props
Because of the special packing and handling, we usually charge
a little bit more to ship these items via UPS.

Return
Policy
THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM
US.
You must call us within two weeks of
receipt of goods if the item is not found as represented.
These are the general policies regarding the returning of items:
- Magic
Items:
- Due
to the nature of these products, all sales on magic items
are final. (Part of the sale price is the secret to the
effect)
- We
will gladly replace items that are defective when you call
us within two weeks of receipt of goods.
- Posters
and Collectibles:
- These
items are not sent on approval.
- We
try to the best of our ability to state the condition of
the posters. Please realize that this is antique paper --
mostly prior to 1940 -- and realistically there might be
some wear and tear on it. If for some reason the item is
not found as represented, please call us within
two weeks of its receipt to obtain authorization
for its return.
- If
we approve the return of an item, you will receive a replacement
(if available) or a full refund less the postage, provided
that the item is received in the same condition as it was
shipped. There might be a 15% restocking fee applied
- Remember,
to choose your collectible carefully, and make sure that
you really want it. We will not return items simply because
"you changed your mind" about it. There has to
be a valid reason.
