Nielsen Manipulation Cards®

These cards make manipulation an even greater pleasure!

• The cards are printed on thin board stock, making the deck 1/3 thinner than a regular one.
• The pips are printed in all four corners (making it possible to fan with the right or the left hand).
• They have brown or flesh colored backs.
• They don't need breaking in.

These have been the standard for manipulators for years. Bridge size only. Used by Channing Pollock, Neil Foster, Johnny Hart, Dale Salwak, Goldfinger, Norm Nielsen and many more.

Deluxe Nielsen Manipulation Cards

These are the best cards we've ever had!

These special manipulation cards have zinc steareate powder on the finish coating. Thereby, not requiring any initial powdering.

These are the answer to every manipulator's dream.

We do not recommend that you powder these when you first open them. Depending on how you use them they will eventually need powder.

Ultra Thin Nielsen Manipulation Cards

In contrast to our regular deluxe cards, these cards REQUIRE several powdering treatments with zinc steareate (fanning powder), as they will not fan well without it.

These cards require a delicate touch, because of their thinness. But consequently, you can backpalm more cards and produce beautiful fans.

We would recommend that you try a deck of each of these cards, to find out which one will suit you as an individual best.

Nielsen Fanning Powder

This is zinc steareate, which is the powder that magicians use to make the cards easier to fan. It creates enough friction, yet sufficient "smoothness" on their surface to make perfect card fans.

Presto Card Press

This is to clamp manipulation cards while they are not being used. The cards become bowed from the pressure of back palming. When put under pressure in the clamp, the cards become flat again. This lengthens the life of the cards considerably and makes them fan better.

We recommend that either the regular cards or the ultra thin be clamped between usages.
